Things To Consider Before You Start

Before you request a reservation, you may want to consider the following:

  • establishing a budget - per person price range

  • estimate a guest count

  • choose your location

  • set the date and time

  • determine style of food for service needed

  • Do I need to mention to UCS any Food Allergies for my guests or myself?? 

We offer a variety of vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options for menus as well.

Do you create custom menus?

Yes, you may create a custom menu from our sample menus created for each service. Please contact us for options.


Can I change or add to my menu at anytime?

After reservation is confirmed, you may notify us of any change or add-on up to seven (7) days before service.

Any menu changes on the day of service(s) will incur a minimum $50.00 Menu Fee, plus the difference of the item change. No exception, we apologize for any inconvenience.


When is my final guest count due?

The final guest count is due at the time of booking the reservation. Additional guests may be added up to seven (7) days prior to service. No refunds available for unattended guests.


What is your deposit requirement?

A Deposit Payment is required to confirm all reservations. The final balance is due 30 days prior to chef service or event. Please be advised we are only able to guarantee available services for Confirmed Reservations. We are unable to place any reservations on "hold" or service Unconfirmed reservations.

How much time do you require for preparation before my service?

The chef and serving staff will arrive one (1) hour prior to service.


Will the Chef cook at the villa or is it pre prepared?


The chef will cook at the villa. The UCS team will need open and clear use of the kitchen at that time.

Some courses require preparation at our commercial kitchen but courses are cooked at the villa.

Hint: The better concentration the Chef has, the more creative he/she can be! Cooking is an ART!


Is Beverage Service included?

We serve Water complimentary for all guests. Beverage Service for soft drinks and alcoholic beverages is available at an additional charge. Inquire about our Beverage Service when selecting your menu. If the staff is asked to pour Wine or Liquor from your personal stock, a serving fee may be incurred.


Do children eat complimentary?

Children under the age of two (2) years old dine complimentary. Children three (3) to twelve years old are charged a 'Children's/Petite Rate'. All guests twelve and older are charged as an adult rate. Please inquire if you have children for our Children's Menu.


Is Gratuity Included?

A Service Fee is generally charged, any Gratuity on your behalf is completely up to you.


What is UCS' Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations made 60 days (2 months) prior to Service/Event will receive deposit refund, based on nature of cancellation.

(Refund 20% Lesser of Invoice - Process Fee Deducted)


Cancellations made 30 days in advance:

(1 month) prior to service date will receive a 50% refund of deposits & final payment made


Cancellations made within the month of service/event (1-3 weeks) prior to service date will forfeit all deposits and payments made.


*Refunds from a Cancellation may take up to 14 business days to process.
